Christ was the only one who received the promise that His
body would not suffer "corruption" ( that means to rot )

Carefully read Acts 2

Peter proves that David was not talking about himself
because everyone knew where David's tomb was....

the Peter boldly states that David was a prophet and spoke
of one who would not 'rot' and that they were "witnesses"
that Jesus did in fact physically rise from the dead.

Paul used the same argument exactly - see Acts 13

It is safe to presume that this argument was used by many and
is still a very powerful proof that Jesus alone was the Holy One

Jesus is the only one - the rest of mankind
"returns to the dust from which they were taken"
that is decreed in Genesis by God.

Acts 13:37 But he, whom God raised again, saw no corruption.

This "corruption" is a different word in Greek than the one for
moral corruption - unfortunately our translations used the same word
for completely different words in the Greek - oh well.

David said this (Jesus was actually speaking it through him)

Psalms 16:10 For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell;
neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.

The apostles taught that it could not be about David:

Acts 13:36 For David, after he had served his own generation by the will of God,
fell on sleep, and was laid unto his fathers, and saw corruption:

Acts 2:31 He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ,
that his soul was not left in hell,
neither his flesh did see corruption.

There is an interesting point to be made about prophetic voice
in scripture - notice that even the part
"will not leave MY soul in hell"
is said to be about Christ.

This proves it was not the voice of David at all but the voice of Christ alone.

You need to see this for yourself however by carefully reading those verses.

We and all others receive a new body this one is doomed.

1 Corinthians 15:50 Now this I say, brethren,
that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God;
neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

Remember 'corruption' in these verses in not 'moral' but physical.

We are quite different in our resurrections - also there is
no more hades or hell - Just heaven and the lake of fire.

The "bossom of Abraham" is no more.
