And he was wrong, to be sure. I (as a sixteen-year-old kid then) was pissed off that we weren't seriously going after bin Laden.

Of course, you have to remember, that the Bush administration made no significant effort in its first nine months to go after bin Laden either. Prior to 9/11/01, Bush was an isolationist...
