He was worse than a pain in the ass.... he was just plain goofy and incompetent.

Did you see in the Financial Times where he caused the bottom to fall out on the Brazilian currency when he said the International Monetary Fund wouldn't help Brazil? Subsequently the IMF had to pour $30 billion to stabilize the economy.

Granted, they were going to put some money in, but not 30 billion.
