A delicious line for the bush haters. But pretty unprofessional and a real cheap shot. Certainly makes me immediately suspect that he (O'Neill's) was in over his head. He should use his bully pulpit to tell us how bush's policies are helping to destroy the economy/currency...not ad hominem attacks about things we think we already know about the man.
