Gloop, I am a personal acquaintance of Chuck.

Anyone who knows him knows his feelings; this article is nothing new.

It is quite a shame the way he feels about the owner but it is personal to him. It's sad because it makes Chuck less of a man; people who talk to him now can't feel anything but pity for the person he's become.

Of all people, Chuck should walk the streets of Philly head held high. People here love their athletes. Instead, all he will do is regale you with stories of how life has f***ed him over. People who speak with him simply wish they hadn't taken the time.

He said it best himself; he is a bitter old man who will take his bitterness with him to his grave.

It's a shame, it shouldn't have been this way but the reality is Chuck made it that way.
