Bush Seeks Ways to Create Jobs, and Fast

By EDMUND L. ANDREWS

Yesterday, Bush had one of his rare press conferences; I am sure it was set up because they were expecting a good jobs report......100k or more. In any case, first the dude says while we didn't get many new jobs, the unemployment rate dropped..........I guess he didn't realize that the rate had dropped because benefits had stopped and people had given up looking for a new job.

And then he said: "As Governor of"; realized his mistake and guffawed; then said he was president.....and then a few minutes later almost tripped and fell. None of this was done with any grace but in typical sh*t kicker fashion.

Frankly, if he ain't stupid, then there is something physiologically wrong with him.
