<<mostly OT>> Hi Archimedes, Since I 1st mentioned shorting EBAY a few months back, I've shorted it & covered half-a-dozen times. ( Just for amusement.--Only 100 shrs each time.) So far I'm ahead about $165. Whadayathink? Should I quit the day job & focus on this? ;)
---- I do believe that EBAY has great potential as a short, but before now there've been times that I've been right about a stock's ultimate fate in the long term & still lost money in the short term. Knowing the shares are overpriced is one thing, & seeing that the market is recognizing that the shrs are overpriced is another thing altogether. -- So I am keeping an eye on EBAY, & trying to be nimble in judging my little jumps in&out. Someday I think this bloated critter will go down big, but wdik?, it could double for no good reason before then. Important to bear in mind that this is a presidential election year, after all, & shorting anything at this point in time is more than a little iffy, imho.

---- I am long ng E&Ps & OS. These seem a good bet to me. I especially like NOI here.

They're still bragging about the 'Claw' you designed in Syracuse!

regards,
diana
