Does Samsung sell Flash Memory Cards in addition to the chips?

According to Samsung's Web Site they sell Smart Media Flash Memory cards.

Which companies do not actually manufacture the cards they sell?

Most of them do not manufacture the flash cards they sell. They get them from contract manufacturers like Sanmina SCI.

SanDisk does not actually manufacturer the flasn memory cards they sell.

From page 23 of SanDisk's 2002 annual report. "We also rely on third-party subcontractors for our wafer testing, packaged memory final testing, card assembly and card testing, including Silicon Precision Industries Co., LTD. and United Test Center, Inc. in Taiwan and Celestica, Inc. and Flextronics in China."
