I remember after we won the SB in 96 I was sure we'd repeat. Going into the next SB against the Broncos I was just 100% sure we'd win. Favre was playing like God...no way could we lose. Well...we lost....the pain lasted for months. It hurt worse than not getting there at all. Haven't been back since and it hurts each year. Its a drag but it makes the wins you pick up (like the Seattle game last week) even sweeter. Man its hurts....but the journey is so great....it just hurts so good - if that makes any sense
