What would it be that allows you to make such a comment? And what do you base your judgements on? Your emotions it seems. Secondly, don't end your sentence in a preposition. Thirdly there is always a geopolitical event you can assign a value on a given day. Forthly LOL Market sentiment and investing psychology is ruled by emotion. The affect of emotion exacerbates all events in the market. Always a reason and always an excuse. Me First mentality rules the market, for good and for bad.
