Not so sure about it. Sentiment is very bearish for the USD and as always to bullish or to bearish signals change in trend.

Personaly I wrote calls on 70% of my EUR core holdings for 1.25, by March and June always can strap forward to gain more premium

as to O'Neil statements today it will have little impact. The Iraq issue has already impacted the USD and it can only improve it.
