The Japanese - more than most - seem to expect a repeat of what happened to them in the 90s.
This would be good for Treasuries.
For other credits (Bradys), I would guess it would be supportive, but I really have no idea. We have not really begun to see defaults as most credits have been able to re-finance at shorter maturities due to lower rates.
