That is a real surprise.

I heard that FNM/FRE have their own sub-prime (or non prime) loans. I'd think that FNM/FRE would require PMI.

You are so right. 100% no MI. Or even a poor credit risk borrower to 85% loan to value no mI. What a joke. Get ready, if a few years pick up some real estate cheaper.
