jimmy carter and Prez Ford were not dummies. Jimmy's brother may have been. some in hollywood and pop culture figures are dummies. at least they say and do dumb things. nancy reagan was stupid if she (like many) followed astrologers. many terrorists and tyrants may say, do dumb things- but, they may have intelligence. many religious leaders, religious people take very dumb positions. many americans are dumb in owing on credit cards, not utilizing tax benefits of 401 ks and other tax benefits, ruining their lives, spending time and energy learning re pop culture rather than beneficial things, posting on political SI boards.
