Sorry GZ... saying that people must give up their privately-accumulated wealth in order to have a right to influence public policy is way too much Communist for me.

It's not 'kindness' if you think that wealth must disqualify someone from having the rights of any citizen to suggest national policy!

GZ --- it's 'kindness' if someone decides voluntarily to, say, donate their wealth to reducing the national debt, or some other good national purpose. But it's not 'kindness' if people are saying they have no right to exercise their political rights unless they first divest themselves!
