I meant what they say. Things like claims, reserves, delinquencies etc.

Think about the profile of a typical mortgage that is insured - a principle residence, a low end home, a freddie fannie conforming loan, a less than 20% downpayment etc.

If this group is starting to be in trouble, the chain reaction that follows could be the bursting of the real estate bubble.
