Hi LL,

OK a suggestion. Try restoring your computer to a time before you tried to download quicktime. Then use this site to download Quicktime. I used it to download quicktime to view JPL's movies. I have XP.

/edit opps I see the cow also gave the same link. It worked for me OK though. It's a matter of getting the snags off your system first I think.
