Well - setting aside the fact that we disagree on when these things occur - you still looking for them myself seeing them as accomplished in Christ... That is not what I find disturbing about what you believe. You think my view of God is worse than Hitler - that is understandable but I think your use of scripture to "sugar coat" truth is dangerous. I do not look for physical death to be conquered on earth - I think that is a carnal expectation not unlike the expectation of the Jews to whom Jesus said: John 18:36 Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence. Most Jews missed the first coming looking for carnal or a physical earthly kingdom I think you look for the same in the second coming and have also missed that one. Alan if the 'punishment' that Christ sent/sends men into is temporary how do you avoid believing that the reward is not also temporary? Sorry if we double posted and you already answered this. Brian
