I believe this cycle will be characterized by much terminology such as "panic buying" or "bubble" when there is none, as people are fearful about what happened for the first 3 years of this decade.

And there may indeed be a bit of panic buying right now, but after a 3 year drought in capital spending, why should it surprise everyone if the chipmakers come to the buffet table all at once?
