Well, for starters anytime he gets touched he crumbles like a bag of old potato chips. No durability any more. Plus, teams figured out that if they blitz him constantly he's got nothing. JMO

IMO its one of two things
he either doesn't play well with others ( I can see how a born again christian could have problems in a locker room)
or his brain is scrambled from the concussions
It just does not make any sense to pay a guy that much money and not play him
