People also tend to over cook seafood/shellfish as well. IMO even worse that beef. I think it completely ruins it.

Example...If you boil a 1 1/4 pound lobster for 15 minutes you have ruined it IMO. But you still see a lot of directions calling fo that. I have boiled/steamed a 7 pound lobster that long and believe me it was done.

A place here called City Fish always runs a special on large lobster. $5 a pound for anything 6 pounds and above. My crazy nephew bought one for New Years Eve that was 14 pounds and cooked it on the gas grill. He could only eat the claws.
