Saddam was not an imminent danger. He was a long way from getting to a point where he could do anything. That means that if we were to wait for Saddam to become imminent that would be a decade away. But that could only occur if we let him do it, and we wouldn't. We had the weapons inspectors back in the country. But Bush sent them home, so he could invade. Something he dreamed of doing from day one of his administration.

Not as a result of terrorism, or 9-11.

You connected the dots for Bush. He just threw out the crumbs for you, and then you swallowed them just like a fast food parking lot crow eating french fries.
