How much have you lost so far?

I was pretty good trying not to over-eat all week but then
the weekend came a long and I decided to follow my bliss.

My bliss consisted of chips and dips and chicken wings and
pizza and Ham and Cheese Hot Pockets and a few left over
Christmas cookies and some other stuff that was not low in
anything. However, I flushed it all down with Perrier
water instead of anything with calories, carbs, or alcohol.

I just love that Perrier water.

It's perhaps the best thing that ever came out of France.
The little tiny bubbles fill me up making me feel like I
have less room for food.

I figure if I drink enough of it I'll begin to lose some
weight. I get nice clean little french flavored burps from
the stuff too. The burp air feels like a clean Canadian
breeze when it comes up and out the nose. Like as if I was
in Montreal.

With all the Perrier I've been drinking, I feel constantly
refreshed but notice that I been speaking with a slight
Gerard Depardu accent. I've also had the desire to ride a
bike and wear a beret and picnic in the grass.

The French people all seem to be on the thin side so maybe
there is something to this Perrier diet I'm on.

We'll see.
