I believe, as I've said before, that pols have more in common with each other than with their average constituent. Of course in Shrub's case that isn't really true as his ONLY constitutency is big biz and their buds. It does, however, apply to the American Public who should be his constituency.

You should look sideways and with great skepticism at anyone with power. The more power they have, the more skeptical you should be of them. That applies to ALL POLs but especially to Shrubbery as he is OPEN about who and what he supports.

There is an office, it must be filled so the key is to find the one who can actually fill it and do the most good and the least harm. That ONE is not Shrub.
