I was quickly reminded why I don't watch the news on TV anymore. There are a lot less of us doing what we do than we think there are. But This is so much better than the TV! And within our sub group, we are now getting to the point that we realize how bad so much of the print media is. Just in the short time - six months - that I have been reading a lot of blogs I have seen the quality of writing go up tremendously on them. I use them mainly as a screen for other stories I want to read. They save me a lot of time. The Blogs are really roasting the bad reporters. And causing a big improvement in the quality of Newspapers and Magazines. The people writing for them know that if they are not professional, they will hear about it on the Net. Since they are people that are used to a heavy reading schedule, they read what is going on. The wave of change that is happening is almost visible, it is moving so fast. I wrote above that we are a small sub set here. But a very influential one.
