>> I do not believe he can do so....Mr. Brent is completely wrong, for that is precisely what that means. As far as the temple being rebuilt, he doesn't have clear sight, when he reads. It will be rebuilt whether he likes it or not. There will be an abomination of desolation whether he likes it or not. <<

i find it interesting that the first time you decide to open your mouth on this thread, you mischaracterize my views and put words in my mouth. i suggest that the next time you open your mouth to speak on this thread that you take care not to attribute things to me that i have not said, for otherwise your credibility will be zero.

first of all, it appears that you have your false prophecies mixed up. daniel 9:27 is commonly attributed by those worshipping the beast, to be a seven year (false) peace treaty that antichrist makes with israel, which is broken halfway through, or three and one half years into it. it does not make reference to a third temple being rebuilt. the lies you are spewing are exposed.

furthermore, i have NEVER suggested, (and i make a direct challenge to you to find evidence that i have) that a temple will not be rebuilt. i simply said that if it does occur, that it will be an affront to God, and an abomination. it will not be necessary for this alleged "antichrist" to defile this so-called third temple, as if the temple will somehow be sacred before he comes to defile it. i explained to you very clearly and unambiguously, that the rebuilding of a third temple would be anything but glorious to God, and would be an abomination in and of itself.

>> I do not believe that any man will be able to illuminate his mind to this. <<

thank you for the compliment. i don't pray to God every day for men to illuminate anything to me. I pray for GOD ALMIGHTY to illuminate things to me. that is the difference between those of you who are worshipping the beast and those of us who are worshipping God.

Daiel 9.27 does not prophesy of a physical third temple nor a seven year peace treaty signed by antichrist. the covenant that is spoken of is made by Jesus Christ, not "antichrist". this is a recent heresy that has sprung up in these last days, and the Church did not accept your blasphemous interpretation for much of its 2,000 year history. the covenant of peace that is made by a prince is made by the Messiah, Jesus Christ. but then if you spent more time reading the scriptures rather than reading the latest left behind novel or the latest hal lindsey book, you might understand this.

God is being true to his word, sending strong delusion among those of you who believe not the truth, but have pleasure in unrighteousness.

There will be an abomination of desolation whether he likes it or not.

It's not clear what the abomination is. It doesn't say. Just "let the reader understand" whatever that is supposed to mean. It seems that the anti-christ being in the Temple proclaiming himself to be God is the abomination. But the two are not linked clearly. Is it possible the rebuilt temple is an abomination? God did destroy the temple, first spiritually, then physically. So what's your take on it?

I've thrown open the gates of understanding and am willing to rethink anything. Some of what I took as gospel about the last days has turned out to not be true and is unsupported by the Word. I just believed it because basically everyone else did and I was raised up as a Christian hearing certain things and believing them. Brian washed by Hal Linsey and others. But they turned out to be wrong over and over.
