Hi William, The noble veterans that proceeded some of the people here at SI deserve better than to be associated with individuals that have no real love for this country or dedication to preserve it. These people make such claims, but their only mission in life is to change this great nation. The explanation given is always in the name of progress, but it is most always a progress that strips away at our core foundation. Their goals are not to preserve, but destroy and put something else they have imagined in its place. * * *

Good Morning William, I have good news for you. I want to thank you for the GREAT story about the wife of a veteran and her meal at a steakhouse. I also have to thank our favorite Submariner Oral Roberts for posting the link to the Story Corner here. I found a great web address that had your story. I shared that link with MKTBUZZ and he has now linked it in the banner of the "President George W. Bush" thread. Subject 28880 It is an absolutely wonderful story. I keep reading it and I still can't though with a dry eye. Our veterans and their families are so magnificent. All our soldiers today, have volunteered to preserve the freedom we all hold dear. They are heroes and they are in good company with the firefighters and policemen of this nation who serve and protect us all Before I close, I also want to share, that the poster linked in the banner of this thread has arrived in Baghdad Iraq and was greatly appreciated.
