Sure....that's the ticket.....the fact that Saddam had been thumbing his nose at the world and the UN FOR 12 YEARS, shooting at US planes, financing, training and supporting terror and had ordered the assassination of GHWB had nothing to do with it...it was all about oil.....

I already EXPLAINED THAT TO YOU. To top it off Clinton in 1998 indicated Saddam should go so OF COURSE the military would draw up contingent plans. jdn
