As I said, not as the 1st response. But if the aid (which we don't have now) is not accepted, and they go back to the streets, my sympathy runs out. The "compassionate" people like the morons who run SF that actually PAY the homeless are doing more harm than good to the homeless, and are ignoring their responsibilities to keep the streets safe and clean for the public.
