Chris, it is his responsibility that now that the problem has surfaced that the appropriate measures be taken. I think you may be confused as to what his day to day responsibilities are regarding expenditures made and asset control...It isn't as though it goes like this...Mr. President, here are the expenditures out of Kansas City, the ones for Moline, LA, Miami, are on the sofa...
