Yes.. My favorite stocks in this space continue to be LRCX. I expect the stock to outperform many companies in this sector. I also have holdings with KLAC, NVLS, AMAT, and NANO.. Recently I purchased some FEIC and VECO who are very good companies behind nano scale chip manufacturing and inspection on nano-scales.. As chip manufacturing deals with smaller and smaller scales, the inspection and diagonostic tools become more and more important.. JHY
