So, according to you, the UN inspectors, who weren't in country from 1998 to 2003, miraculously did such a good job despite not being in country and conducting no inspections whatsoever, that they rid Iraq of all the weapons systems that were unaccounted for in 1998?

Tell me, do you believe in fairies too? Because frankly, fairies make more sense that this account. They're prettier too.
