well isn't that special. Maybe the electorate can vote on Bill Clintons presidency in 04 and throw the bum out, eh? Or maybe Bush can get on TV and get down on his hands and knees and beg his constituency to add jobs, like a little dog. Kindof like he did for Fiorina and Barrett in private. Then we could turn it into a US budget telethon and depending on how pathetic Bush is at begging, we might be able to shore up the budget with individual contributions!
