I'll post this to myself

i'll read it anyway.

i've never been a regular 60 minute man.
30 is my limit but even one minute has benefit.

3500 calories above or below daily maintenance
level (2,000 for me) equals one pound gained
or lost. i shoot for 1,500 calories of consumption
a day and burn an extra 500 with the 30 minutes
of exercise for a net negative caloric total
of 1,000 per day, 7,000 per week -- which equals
2 pounds per week and 20 pounds in 10 weeks if
i have the discipline to stick to the plan
unwaveringly.

i usually incur 3,500 reasons per week to slip
one more calorie into my pie hole and 7 reasons
per week to skip the 30 minutes of exercise...

because i am an...

-extremely reasonable man
