You probably already know this but I will tell you anyway. The stock was not returned to the court. The judge has filed a motion of contempt. Somebody is going to jail. Somebody shot 7 rounds into AZNT facility last night. Someone also called Mike Sylver's cell phone and said "you better make a deal or you will be sorry." The FBI is looking into this very seriously. They think Janice knows something about all of this, she did say "news within 24 hours". Tell Mike if you talk to him to please wear a bullet proof vest, these assholes are desperate.

FBI was in court too and mike get another threatening phone call on his cell phone today. they say they have "bomb" now. all phones tapped and fbi works to tap cell phone too. ok, cert must be delivered by WEDNS. next week OR stock is cancelled. there you have it! OK, the FBI has signed an agent to the case. They will talk to Janice Shell. AZNT has now received threats of fire bombs at facility in the next 24 hours. When the shorts are in a losing battle, they get violent. I am working with the name George Demanis, unknown to connection. Supposedly Andy Mann is crossing the border to USA this weekend. The FBI is aware of this, and will try to intercept him. Mann has been said to be placing his assets in another name. Attorney for AZNT says,"we can still get him". The DTC is getting uncovered as a corrupt operation..they worked with the shorts. The DTC warned the shorts 3 weeks ago to find shares. The DTC asked JBOxford if they could withstand A 3 million dollar loss against the squeeze..JB said NO. JBOxford reported, unless Andy Mann can cover, we are going to have to release the cert, which can't cover our position. The DTC has told these guys, "the party is over". They are still calling investors holding 144 shares, if they would sell them. There is a company out of Nevada trying to up all the shares (144) they can find. I would have to say, they might have found a few, not what they need. JBOxford has said, they can not handle the loss for this, find your shares or all hell will break loose. me too! qualey & sylver still hard at work this morning! they go for gag order against
wellrich & si bashers!! secondly they signed contract with health food chain of 500 stores!
1 case per month per store = $200k/month PROFITS!!!!!. they will not annonce until gag
orders are in place i think. they do not want shorteres to fuck this deal up like monsanto,
etc.. also a 30 ton deal of ton!!! they are selling entity 30 tons of ton for additive in some
kind of drink. they can produce 4 tons a day on 2 shifts daily! we will hear good things

As you know, I don't give Advice. If I did, though, I'd say I really don't think AZNT's
gonna see prices better than these. I may be wrong. I don't have any certain short-term
info.

I suppose it's possible they may manage a brief squeeze; God knows they're trying
hard enough. But let's face it: they've been trying since August and it still hasn't
happened.

Yes, my info is that the SEC's investigating, and seriously. But whether and when they
might move is obviously an open question. I'm not in touch with them directly, and I
don't think my source will have advance notice either. If he did he wouldn't--and
obviously couldn't--trade on it.

But I really don't think this story's gonna have a happy ending for longs. Spidey/Gary
Dobry is nuts, really. He depends entirely on The Company for information, and in
addition doesn't seem to understand how some very basic things--like our legal
system--work. He's also in very deep shit with Michael Zwebner, and in denial about
that, too.

So if you can play AZNT successfully, go for it. It's not a trade I'd dream of risking
just now. Somebody's making a fairly sustained effort to keep the stock afloat on low
volume--typically painting the tape at the end of almost every session--but this can't go
on forever. And if the object is to push it up bigtime, it hasn't worked. What I hear,
though, is that shares are simply being crossed to keep the price stable and give the
appearance of some activity.

Did she send this to DSPetry? I have to agree with you regarding Zwebner. I went back to
read what you posted and find it very hard to believe that institutes a lawsuit against you
and Rico. Janice has mentioned the SEC's involvement many times, stating the SEC's
investigation on AZNT. She seems to feel they are close to halting the stock. I can't see this
happening unless there was some illegal trading on AZNT's side. I doubt the SEC would
tell YOU if they had a reason for halting AZNT, did they give you any inclination of any
wrong doing regarding AZNT? I really like this company and the future in sight. Yes, it is
a little risky and requires DD. I have held my ground strong, and because of it, I am up
$37,000. I hope the gag orders can be produced quickly so that this fantastic news can hit
the wire. This will really help those investors in doubt. Thank you for filling me in often!

marginable stock. then the issue will be to get the freeze lifted. aznt is suing for $20
million in damages, once stock is cancelled, i believe freeze will be lifted. how long can
they prevent us from getting physical delivery of our stock.

ok dtc is back in picture. they caught wind they were in default & met with aznt today.
they agree to cancel 4 million shares andy mann, 480k @ citibank & 440k of zapara in
return to be dropped from this case. they also lift freeze, i believe it is effective today.
court has 48 hrs. to finalize the defaults. 24 hrs. have elapsed but if there was a problem
aznt would have heard. so we should get defaults in maximum 24 hrs. then PR & 8K!! hold tight guy! yes tonto is really weird guy!

yes rico suspended for one week for posting about how bad jeffy boys co. is. we have
credit report emailed us about his company. for such harsh critic of companys, his co. pays
no bills, has no credit & the report says they have lowest credit rating possible on 100 pt.
system. now, 4 million shares of mann, 480k @ citibank & 440k of zaparas has been cancelled & will be removed from the system. dtc sent aznt a letter stating they will remove this stock from the system & lift freeze. we wait for defaults to be finalized this week. we are VERY VERY CLOSE guy. as you know qualey & sylver were not at this hearing of wellrich. jeffy boy writes how aznt is hurting "elderly" shareholders. maybe we should tell jeffrey these elderly shareholders have signed affadavits about wellrich soliciting there stock & it was wellrich that thev sec shut down to protect shareholders, not aznt. be patient guy, we are very close now & we weather this storm well!

Well, I just heard the DTC is back to their usual yes/no routine. It's time to proceed
without them. AZNT is filing a Query, to find out what the hold up is. I heard Judd filed
for dismissal on basis that Janet Shell was in Fortune magazine and she knows this type of
Internet scam..LOLOLOLOLOL I can't believe an Attorney would actually file such
information. Lets hope we can get the Judge to sign the Default Judgement and send the
Marshall's over to the DTC and get our frigging Certificate. The DTC, is probably,
