>>DSL.net Granted Additional Time To Comply With Nasdaq SmallCap Market's Minimum Bid Price Rule
Tuesday January 13, 9:12 am ET

NEW HAVEN, Conn. -(Dow Jones)- Nasdaq granted DSL.net Inc. (NasdaqSC:DSLN - News) an additional extension of the grace period for regaining compliance with the SmallCap Market's $1 minimum bid price rule.
The broadband communications services provider now has until April 19 to trade at or above $1 per share for a minimum of 10 consecutive trading days, or take steps to effect a reverse stock split if it continues to trade below the minimum.

Nasdaq had previously given the company until Jan. 30 to comply with the rule.

In a press release Tuesday, DSL.net said Nasdaq granted the extension following the Securities and Exchange Commission's (News - Websites) recent approval of certain modifications to Nasdaq's bid-price requirements.

The company's shares recently changed hands at 80 cents, up 7 cents, or 9.6%, in pre-market trading.<<
