Sorry no engineer or scientists have said the trailers found are not biological labs. You really do have a severe case of comprehension deficit syndrome.

RMD, If they said anything at the time, it would have been that they were not producing biological weapons at the time they were inspected. The units had been scoured so clean, that no one could determine it they had, or had, not been used for anything, but the equipment was capable of producing those weapons. Better safe, than sorry.
