The new PNAC empire builders have modern jet aircraft transports yet they couldn't ship out an electrical generator in six months and more. The size they needed wouldn't ship, PB. Saddam had used all the power he had for Baghdad and the outer cities were on short rations. You can criticize the post war, but they are pulling it through now. Check where they are by summer. I read that Blair wanted the Students to pay a tuition fee for College. Doesn't sound like the end of education to me.
