I guess it's significant...

"The world-class Hemlo deposit was the major gold discovery in Canada during the 1980's, and is still responsible for almost one third of Ontario's annual gold production. As a mineral resource, it contains ~22 million ounces of gold (~684 t Au). Average gold grade for the main deposit (84 Mt of ore, 21 Moz. Au) is 7.7 g/t. Almost twenty years after its discovery, there is still no consensus on its genesis."

I heard from Nelson Fry, President of Amarillo, yesterday. He was in the process of filing the 43-101 property report and the annual information form (AIF) with the exchange. Their plans are to have the dot h removed very soon, probably by early next week. Also, they have drawn up a budget to advance the Mara Rosa project and to add to their property portfolio in Brasil.

In my opinion, Amarillo has a solid management team, and will do what it takes to create value for us stockholders.
