Anglo Plat's new SA open pit and North American Palladium have the same pt-pd ratios-grade and they are doing well. Big profits in NA Pall.

Don't absolutely need a higher Pd price at all. If they have .015 Platinum they just added US $2.10 in Pt alone to their bottom line in the last month. That is the cost of blasting and trucking one ton of waste out of the pit.

Zackly. Anglo did not fall off a turnip truck yesterday in this business and the price of PD is professionally speculated to ramp up with the price of Pt topping. PFN has the best carried stable of properties in the business just about. The exception to that rule may be MSA/GUY/NTH which also have really impressive Platinum Palladium ground. You will definitely hear more about them this summer.

hank, long press release from czz.v , would you tell me what this part means? "

Historically, it was thought that the north and south contacts of the
ultramafic rocks in the Expo deposit site area were inclined towards
each other, forming a trough like body. Information gathered by
Canadian Royalties in the process of diamond drilling in this new
mineralized area now puts into question many of the historic ideas on
the geology and mineralization of the area. The position of the lower
zone of mineralization intersected in hole EX-03-63 indicates that
the mineralization and its host rocks are sub-horizontal in the area
of holes EX-03-62 and EX-03-63. However, because the database in
this area is quite limited, no further assumptions can be made at
this time."

The question is now that the host rocks are believed to be sub horizontal rather than "forming a trough like body" what are the implications? Knowing nothing I still end up thinking that "trough like" is cheaper to mine.

I would ask Erick but then I would have to ask Liz or you what he meant. <g>
