Watching it on L2, WIEN has been showing 5K of PFCE for sale @ .39 and so far has let loose somewhere around 100k. When he gets done selling, this could take off. It's all a matter of how you look at it.

PFCE...chris b...same thing was happening to BIPH...day after day...same mm on the offer...feeding all the sells....until i think last wed or thurs when they finally got off BIPH's neck....i am guessing that the same thing will happen here...just do not know when....
