What's the status of the TOU? Final, or work in progress? It contains several references to support@techstocks.com. Is that a good email address?

There is also an extraneous "d " in front of section 8.3.

Anyway, if it's the Real McCoy, I'd like to really scrutinize it. If not, I'll spend my time nitpicking other matters.
