CC, Fascism?? Since when have you seen any jack booted thugs hauling people out of their homes, and sending them to death camps, in railroad cars, in America? Invasion of privacy?? When was the last time a government agent spied on you? Would you prefer that we let every terrorist into this country to wreak havoc with bombs in public places, and high jack air liners so they can crash them into public buildings? You are damned lucky that our government cares enough about it's citizens to look out for our safety, and well being. Of course, if you have something to hide, I can understand your fear of exposure. Destruction of the environment?? That has been going on ever since the Pilgrims set foot on Plymouth Rock. The people of European descent raped the Earth from sea, to shining sea. They almost brought an entire culture to extinction. If you want products made from tree in your house, you are destroying the environment. If you want to drive a car to work, or play, you are destroying the environment. If you built a house in what was once wilderness, you are destroying the environment. If you kill a wild animal, for no good reason, even a poisonous snake, you are destroying the environment. No President, even the Democrat ones, intentionally set out to destroy the environment. Many have failed to equate progress with the destruction. Every step that uses acreage of the land, is destroying the environment. If you don't want to destroy any aspect of the environment, then you need to live in a sod house, ride a horse, and not grow any crops in abundance on the land. False pretenses?? So, you think that Saddam was a kindly, fair, benevolent, servant of the people, that should reign forever in Iraq. Pitiful judgement. This great guy killed hundreds of thousand of his own citizens, just because they disagreed with him, or were from a different sect of Islam. Maybe you should go over there, and kiss him before he goes before a, well deserved firing squad. Trashing the UN?? That is something that has needed to be done for decades. That organization is an ineffective unit that has yet to accomplish any thing. The UN should be kicked out of the US, and we should cease all support of any of their, so called, programs. That building on the East River is a blight on the New York skyline. In America, the citizens have the opportunity every four years to elect a President. That doesn't happen in Iraq, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, along with many other African third world nations. And don't start that sh** about a stolen election. recount, after recount, has proven that Bush won the election. Get used to it. He will be back. Now kick yourself in your, socialistic, ass.
