I agree the spike up is really unfounded yet the market(those buying) see value and/or shorter are covering for fear the price won't fall to much. I really don't know. I just don't like when a stock with so much bad news bucks the trend up and holds in a down market. What happens if another anal-yst upgrades with a $15 target??? Good with it. Hope if falls back below 11.
