not only will gold win, but energy also

of course I see how deflationary the RE bust will be
led by the discharge of extreme gas from Fanny's fat bum

but this will lead the Fed to accelerate their money printing
right now, we have a 7.0 ratio of new dollars versus new GDP
ratio of growth rate in money & debt to GDP growth equals 7.0
I call this the "Monetary Futility Index"

I expect that ratio to head to 12 by the time the crisis hits
the deflationary events upcoming will give Greenspasm every false signal imaginable to accelerate monetary expansion

what you continue to experience is the blind spot
there is a tipping point, an inflection point, a threshold, for the USDollar
below which the Asians sell USTBond reserves
below which Asian imports rise in price
there is a longstanding relationship between a falling currency and rising interest rates which even Fed intervention cannot, absolutely cannot, avoid
it lies on the longterm horizon

THE EFFECT ON LONG AND SHORT RATES IS UNAVOIDABLE
rates will rise, even during a deflationary episode

even during a deflationary episode
even during a deflationary episode
even during a deflationary episode
WE HAVE EARNED THE GREATEST STAGFLATION IN HISTORY
it is coming, MishMan

p.s. always great to continue this 90% agreement
