INAP : made a mistake .. took the share offering off briefing headline ..
in actuality .. they are offering 45.6M shares -- 35M to be newly issued and the remainder selling shareholders.
I think this can drop to around 2 .. might add at that point. But sure wish they had priced it. If they price it too low may drop it even further.
