The word will quickly get around, offshoring will stop, and no more problem.

Maybe the labor sec'y understands some things you don't.

Has the thought occurred to that Silly Valley has been hit disproportionately by this? That the rest of the nation is OK? And maybe that's why they don't give a fart what you think?
