XMSR also announces a secondary -- but the difference is that they are selling 18M shares compared to 45.6M offered by INAP. Big Difference. And XMSR stock price is more than 10 times that of INAP so it could stand the dilution a little better. And they have 149M shares outstanding .. quite a bit less than INAP.
Bad timing on INAP's part.
