no, just an inference from the tone of your post. And to be honest you remind me of many of the clueless executives around here that think they and they alone can sneakily move their entire operation offshore, and sacrifice the time to market advantages they have here while still charging US rates and nobody will notice, their companies will still prosper. Its BS of course.
