In fact I think he is.

Watch Euroland CUT interest rates and simultaneously buy the $ and sell gold.

That is my play and I am in it in a manner that I think I win regardless. Bought a bunch of interst rate calls in Euroland. Euribor (similar to Eurodollars). No way Europe HIKES here when they are bitching about the US$
